Withdrawals

Withdrawing funds from your Atossa Capital account is easy and quick. Withdrawal is processed, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, GMT +2 (South African Standard Time). All request is processed within 24 – 48 hours.

Atossa Capital only uses secure methods for sending your funds to you, and fully complies with internal and regulatory procedures to ensure the funds are safely processed.

Local Bank Transfers

Withdrawing funds to your South African Bank could take up to two days to receive, depending on the bank you are using. If you are using Standard Bank you should receive payment the same day.

How to request a withdraw?

It is so easy to request a withdrawal from Atossa Capital. All you need to do is log into your “Client Area” on our website, go to “FUNDS” then click on “Withdraw Funds”

Additional Information :

1. Withdrawal Fees: Atossa Capital does not charge a fee for withdrawals to you local bank but we do apply a 2% fee on all withdrawal amounts to other withdrawal methods like for example Skrill and Neteller.

2. Please note that all international payments and other currencies will be automatically converted to the live rate of our MT4 (under process) trading servers at time of withdrawal.

3. Atossa Capital do not accept 3rd party Withdrawals. Payments must only be made in your name matching your Atossa Capital trading account. If any 3rd party funding is received this will be refunded to the 3rd party once fully verified, and costs applied to the 3rd party.

4. All Funding is processed during working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 GMT+2.

Please Note: It is investors’ responsibility to maintain a prudent level of margin, pay their margin and also meet margin call payments on time and in cleared funds. Please keep in mind the possibility of delays in the banking and payments systems. If your payment is not credited by the time you are required to have the necessary margin or meet the margin call, you could lose some or all of your positions.
